This Privacy Policy explains how Artist Paint Mixer (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with your use of the Artist Paint Mixer mobile application (“App”). Your privacy is our top priority.

1. Our Privacy-First Approach

Artist Paint Mixer is designed to be a completely private, client-side tool. All processing of images, colors, and palettes happens entirely on your device.

• Your Images and Data Never Leave Your Device. The images you load and the color palettes you create are never uploaded, stored, or transmitted by us. They remain exclusively on your phone or tablet.
• No Personal Information is Collected. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect any personal information like your name, address, or location.

2. Information Handled by the App

a) Information Handled Locally

All core functionality of the App uses local, on-device data only:

• Images: Processed locally and never sent to a server.
• Color Palettes: Saved to your device's local storage for session restoration. This data is not accessible by us.
• Portrait analysis cache: When you use Portrait Planes, derived face landmarks and automatic forehead and jaw coordinates are cached locally to avoid repeating the analysis. The cache is limited to 50 MB or 100 images, excludes manual edits, is not accessible to us, and is deleted by Clear Data, Clear Offline Cache, or Reset App.
• Saved jaw outlines: Completed jaw edits and control-point choices are stored locally for that exact image so they can be restored when it is loaded again. They are not accessible to us. The outline's Reset removes that correction; Clear Data and Reset App remove all saved outlines, while Clear Offline Cache preserves them.

b) Third-Party Services

To support the development and maintenance of the App, we use the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob: Collects data to serve personalized ads. This may include device identifiers, IP address, and device information.
• Google Play Services: Used for app distribution and essential platform functionality.
• Google MediaPipe Tasks: When you choose Portrait Planes, your image is processed on your device and is not sent to Google. After you consent, MediaPipe Tasks sends Google performance and utilization metrics.

3. Your Privacy Rights

Since the App does not collect or store any of your personal data on our servers, there is no personal information for you to access, modify, or delete from our systems.

Any data you generate, such as your saved color palette, is stored only on your own device. You can clear this data at any time by resetting the app or clearing your device's application data.

4. Children’s Privacy

Artist Paint Mixer is designed to be a safe and creative tool for artists of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from any user, including children, as all functionality operates locally on the user's device.
